Contracting and payments

The contracting process begins when the client submits the request form. That submission does not imply acceptance or obligation by Solutions Pragmatic. The contract is only completed when the client accepts the commercial proposal in writing and makes the agreed payment.

Payment conditions
  • All projects must be paid in advance, fully or partially, as agreed.
  • Work does not begin until the corresponding payment is received.
  • Payment default may result in project suspension or cancellation, without refund of amounts already paid.
Refund policy
  • No refunds are made once work has begun, or for deliverables already provided.
  • In exceptional cases, Solutions Pragmatic may evaluate alternatives or compensations at its sole discretion.

Site usage conditions

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Interfering with site operation through hacks, bots, scraping or other technical means.
  • Executing denial of service attacks (DoS/DDoS), sending spam or exploiting vulnerabilities.

Solutions Pragmatic commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive client information accessed during the provision of services.

The client and any user who receives confidential information commits to not sharing or disclosing methodologies, tools, internal structures or proprietary information of Solutions Pragmatic. This obligation remains in force even after the business relationship ends.

Limitation of liability

Solutions Pragmatic is not responsible for:

  • Failures or interruptions in external platforms used.
  • Business results, sales or leads derived from the use of our services.
  • Modifications made by the client or third parties once the project is delivered.
  • Data loss caused by external factors, client negligence or force majeure events.

Solutions Pragmatic guarantees the technical, visual and functional compliance of contracted deliverables, always based on what was previously agreed with the client.

The site may include links to third-party sites. Solutions Pragmatic is not responsible for the content, conditions or policies of those sites.

Modification of terms

Applicable law
